Privacy Policy

Future Manager garantisce la protezione e la gestione dei dati personali così come sancito dalla vigente normativa sulla privacy, Reg. UE nr. 679 del 2016 (meglio conosciuto come “General Data Protection Regulation” o “GDPR“).

Lo scopo del vigente decreto è quello di garantire la tutela dei diritti fondamentali delle persone fisiche con riguardo al trattamento e alla conservazione dei dati sensibili, secondo principi di correttezza, liceità e trasparenza.

La gestione dei dati sensibili di ogni singola risorsa sarà trattata internamente tramite l’utilizzo di strumenti e procedure idonei a garantire la massima sicurezza e riservatezza ed esternamente dal titolare del diritto, così come previsto dagli artt. 16 e ss del GDPR.

Ed infatti, l’interessato ha diritto di ottenere la rettifica e l’integrazione dei propri dati nel caso in cui siano inesatti (es. aggiornamento dell’attuale posizione lavorativa).

Altresì, la nuova riforma pone l’accento sul diritto all’oblio, il quale è ritenuto il principio fondamentale di tale aggiornamento.

Può revocare in qualsiasi momento ogni tipo di consenso precedentemente fornitoci, inviando una mail a privacy@futuremanager.it

 

Secondo tale principio il titolare dei dati personali ha il diritto alla cancellazione dei propri dati, senza ingiustificato ritardo, nei modi previsti ex lege :

  • nel caso in cui i dati forniti non siano più necessari rispetto alle finalità per le quali sono stati raccolti;
  • revoca del consenso;
  • opposizione al trattamento;
  • illiceità del trattamento dei dati personali.

Future Manager , in base a quanto disposto dalla normativa, si obbliga di comunicare a ciascuno dei destinatari eventuali limitazioni, rettifiche o cancellazioni, come menzionato dagli artt. 16 e ss.

Inoltre l’interessato secondo quanto disposto dall’articolo 21 Reg. UE cit. ha la facoltà di esercitare il diritto di opposizione che, in assenza di indicazione contraria, verrà riferita tanto alle comunicazioni tradizionali quanto a quelle automatizzate (es. revoca consenso mail marketing).

La società FMR specializzata in ricerca e selezione del personale, per sua natura, ha la facoltà di conservare i dati personali, a partire dal loro ricevimento e/o aggiornamento, per un periodo di trentasei mesi per la gestione della candidatura (salvo diversa disposizione di legge che preveda periodi superiori), allo scadere dei quali verranno cancellati o resi anonimi.

Within this task, we will collect pieces of information and personal details: hereafter you will find goals and procedures of processing the pieces of information that we provided. This policy describes how your information is collected and used and our procedure to treat your personal data with respect.

Personal and professional description

First of all, our website offers the chance to create a personal profile issued with full details (such as personal data, level of education and working experiences) and also to upload a complete and updated resume.

Once enrolled, you would have access to a personal area on the website – where you could log in through your personal access credentials – that would let you seize the opportunity to surf through the job announcements and to apply to job vacancies.

In the meantime, all the Group Future Manager Recruitment would have the right to consult your personal data.

You will have the opportunity to claim and remove all or part of your personal information.

We do not share contact information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes without your consent.

We share your data with the third parties who help us deliver Future Manager Recruitment’s aforementioned products and services. These third parties may not use your information for any other purpose.

Aside from this range of activity, Future Manager Recruitment could provide pieces of information about its customers only in a collective and anonymous way.

We may disclose to third parties pieces of information that we have collected from other websites.

We disclose pieces of information where legally required.
