Our client is a successful chemical company that has maintained a constant focus on technological innovation and quality for over 30 years. Today it manufactures and distributes a wide range of adhesive and sealant products that offer application solutions for various sectors.

With a view to strengthening the team, we are looking for a Technical Service Engineer who, within the technical department, will report to the Technical Service Supervisor and the Business, Marketing & Product Manager (located in the UK).

Main tasks:

The candidate will be responsible for:

  • Provide technical support EU distributor network and sales engineers;
  • Lead technical service projects and support technical data generation for data sheets and marketing purposes, development  and management of laboratory test programmes;
  • Prepare information and demonstration materials (data sheets, etc.);
  • Identify and participate in relevant conferences and exhibitions;
  • Create case studies, application profiles, product proposal reports and product sales tools;
  • Contribute to the updating and maintenance of the product master database.


  • Degree in Materials Science or Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Aerospace)
  • Brief experience of 6/12 months in a technical or technical-sales environment;
  • English C1;
  • Knowledge of German appreciated;
  • Italian driving licence and car.

  • Good problem solving skills, precision and at the same time flexibility to the context;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to analyse and understand customer needs.




Place of work: Monza and Brianza. Transfers abroad (EU) are frequent.

Contract and remuneration: Permanent contract, RAL + company canteen, travel reimbursement and daily travel allowance.
